Traci is a native Angelino whose real estate passion was fueled by her grandmother’s career as a real estate broker and her grandfather’s experience as an entrepreneur and real estate investor. Traci has had a career in the financial services industry and real estate investing prior to the launch of the Bates | Hennington Real Estate Group. Traci is a member of the the West Adams Heritage Association, L.A. Conservancy, and is Board Chair of the Lafayette Square Historic Preservation Overlay Zone.

Lorna’s interest in real estate began as a child in New Orleans, where she developed a love of historic properties. She began her career by investing in real estate, and then further developed her skills in negotiating real estate transactions by becoming an attorney and later a Broker for the Bates | Hennington Real Estate Group. She has worked with the L.A. Conservancy, served on the Carthay Circle HPOZ Board, was a member of the Hancock Park Home Owners' Association, and is a board member of her current HOA.

Dolann's has been an action-oriented and innovative leader in education and the performing arts with expertise in designing, piloting, building, and branding new and existing revenue generating initiatives. She's an advocate and strategic thinker with extensive experience in diversity, equity, and inclusion training and programming, staffing, time management and budget analysis.

Dolann began her career in real estate as a first-time buyer, where she had to transform an inhabitable space into an oasis. This lived experience taught her the art of negotiation, home renovation and inspired her to join the Bates|Hennington Real Estate Group.
