We will help you to develop a plan of suggested enhancements to your home to make it as appealing to buyers as possible. KW Concierge Services can include staging and interior design, which has proven to make a house more attractive, often leading to a faster and higher sale.
We have relationships with home improvement providers that you may contract with directly and who will agreed to be paid at the close of escrow. These contractors will do inspections to determine work that is needed prior to making a proposal for you. They are also companies that our Keller Williams office has worked with who have demonstrated their skill, honesty and reliability. Our list of enhancement providers include: General Contractors;

Pest Control/Termite Inspection and Repair Companies;

Estate Sellers;
